About Me

Hey there I'm Sarah. I am a wife to a mechanical engineer/entrepreneur, who is currently pursuing his dream of working for himself. He has a company called Aion Innovation, and I'm certain he's going to change the world with his God given talents and giftings.

I am also a mother of four wonderful little boys Isaiah, Andrew, Isaac, and Ezekiel. I am also currently pregnant a sweet little bundle.

There are many things I am passionate about that you will find as you peruse through my blog.

My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whom I am so grateful to for leading me into a life I never could have imagined.

My family. Being a wife and mother is a calling and an honor that I love and do not take lightly.

And cooking. Since becoming a mother my passion for cooking has grown. I actually use to hate cooking, and now find kitchen time to be therapeutic. What really kicked my passion for clean food and healthy recipes into gear was, my second child Andrew developing very severe eczema. I learned that food plays a huge role in this issue, and have used food to heal his skin, and am continuing to use it to heal his body.

Motherhood Looks Good on You

Before becoming a mom I never thought about what life would be like with children or how a child would change me. When I had my first child it was a bit of a shock to my everything. I realized I didn't have a clue what I was doing. When my husband and I made it through the first month I remember looking at him, being completely serious, and saying, "Our baby is still alive." After a few months we found our new normal as a family, but I was anything but my normal self. I found that motherhood changed almost everything about me. I believe for the better. "Motherhood looks good on you", came from a comment a dear friend made to me. I grew up with this friend, and she has known me through many different seasons, and has watched me change so much. She didn't know it, but her comment was a huge compliment to me. I have learned to embrace everything that being a mom entails. The mess that I could never be prepared for, has become quite beautiful to me, and has and is shaping me into a better form of myself.

Isaiah Luke my first born.
Andrew Benaiah my second born.
